Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. In those rare instances when we might not meet your expectations, I promise two things: First, that it was not for lack of effort, for negligence or merely for dereliction of duty. Second, that we will try even harder next time. We might not always succeed but we will absolutely always try. As the proverb goes; if at first you don't succeed... you know the rest.

Milan Wine Dinner
Our five-course wine pairing dinner will be Sunday, January 26th at 5:30pm and it will feature the city of Milan and its region of Lombardy.
This region replaces pasta with risotto or polenta and replaces olive oil and tomatoes with butter and cream making it the richest food in Italy. It is the home of Risotto alla Milanese, Veal Milanese and Ossobuco Milanese, Gorgonzola and Taleggio cheeses and the ever-present Panettone.
Milan is Italy's city of the future, a fast-paced metropolis where money talks, creativity is big business and looking good is an art form It is a global hub of fashion and finance, home to the National Stock Exchange, the La Scala Opera House and filled with many high-end fashion houses, shops and restaurants. Its Gothic-style Duomo di Milano cathedral (the largest cathedral in Italy) and the Santa Maria delle Grazie convent, housing Leonardo da Vinci’s painting of “The Last Supper,” testify to centuries of art and culture. North of Milan, Lake Como and the city of Bellagio frame an upscale alpine resort with dramatic scenery.
Milan may be Italy's capital of fashion and glamor, but it's also the gateway to a whole region of rich culture, fine food and even finer scenery.
Its famous wines include the sparkling Franciacorta often better than the original Champagne, the white Lugana, Trebbiano, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco and the reds Valtellina made from Nebbiolo grape, Bonarda and Barbera.
