This special evening will showcase a curated selection of their expressive, terroir‑driven wines—from elegant whites to powerful, beautifully structured reds.

Maison Brotte has crafted wines in the Rhône since 1931, with a focus on purity of fruit, balance, and the unique character of each appellation. Since 2014, their wines have carried the Terra Vitis environmental certification, reflecting a commitment to sustainable agriculture and respect for nature from vine to glass. Their Châteauneuf‑du‑Pape and Côtes‑du‑Rhône selections offer remarkable depth and charm, making them perfect companions to Chef’s exquisite 5-course menu.
